Cancellation Policy for Open Events (Not Private Events) We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. Do not hesitate to contact us via email for any questions, rebookings or cancellations. We handle each case individually and make decisions based on each unique situation. We operate according to the following rules:Cancellation at least 8 days before the booked date: full refund Cancellation at least 7 days before the booked date: free rebooking to an upcoming date of the same value (within 1 year) Rebooking less than 3 days before or no-show: the full amount is charged and is non-refundable.
